This weekend, the time had finally come: After a long break due to the pandemic, the Offenbach University of Art and Design (HfG) once again opened its doors to design and art enthusiasts for its annual show (Oct 29-31, 2021). The Design Institute for Mobility and Logistics (DML) exhibited current projects of the Department of Integrative Design (Prof. Peter Eckart) and the Department of Urban Design (Prof. Dr. Kai Vöckler). There were also insights into the LOEWE research project on sustainable mobility design.

The photos show insights into the project “LINE 39” by student Annika Storch: dynamic signs projected onto the floor help people keep their distance from each other on a train platform, for example. The project was awarded the Rundgangpreis of the Kunstgewerbeverein in Frankfurt am Main e.V..
