March 10, 2020 – Together with Dr. Annika Busch-Geertsema, our mobility researchers Andreas Blitz and Prof. Dr. Martin Lanzendorf from the subproject Society have published the article “More Cycling, Less Driving? Findings of a Cycle Street Intervention Study in the Rhine-Main Metropolitan Region, Germany” in the journal ‘Sustainability’. It deals with the effects of the bicycle street intervention in Offenbach on the mobility behaviour of the residents. The article in the Special Issue “Environmental and Behavioral Consequences of Interventions for Sustainable Travel” can be downloaded here (open access).
