6 January 2021 – Forschung Frankfurt, the science magazine of Goethe University, reports in its latest issue on the topic of the climate crisis about the work of Martin Lanzendorf, professor at the Institute of Human Geography and head of it’s the mobility research group. In the article “BEWEGgründe: Changing Mobility for Climate Friendliness without Renunciation”, various projects are presented. One of them is his project in the LOEWE research cluster IDG / project-mo.de (research area Society): the socio-scientific monitoring of the expansion of cycle streets in Offenbach. In cooperation with designers from the HfG Offenbach, residents of the first of these cycle streets were surveyed. In several scientific publications, Andreas Blitz, Hannah Müggenburg and Martin Lanzendorf from the Mobility Research Group evaluate the detailed survey.
